Hey everybody!
My problem is that my brand new iphone4s is not connecting to 3g or gps. So i went to the apple store in Melbourne, Australia. They`re answer: "Yes, there is something broken. BUT, thats a iphone from germany, (i`ve bought it 2 weeks before i started a long term working holiday in australia, never used it at home) so we can not swop your phone! You have to send it back were you`ve bought it!" And now? Sending it back costs me at least 130$ and 4weeks. Do anybody has a idea what i can do? I´ve bought it 8weeks ago, brand new, with 1 year INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY. And now something like that. Its frustrating...

Apple may restrict warranty service to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the Apple Product.

??? And? That will not solve my problem. I´ve bought a International product, with a International warranty from a international enterprise. So thank u for the fast answer, but for me that makes no sense. Any ideas what i can do?

Send it back where you bought it. You do not have an international warranty. Read it.
Or you could find a third party repair shop. That would void the warranty, but get your phone working.
