Have a iphone 4 which is over a year old. The home key is not responding too well. Is a little hard as needs to be pressed for long. How i sort this out. The istore in my neighbourhood said they cant help as the phone was purchased overseas.
this has nothing to do with buying it abroad (except for warranty). A home button is a home button everywhere. They should be able to help you, i.e. if it´s a mechanical problem
This is an appropriate workaround:
Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch
Switch on and you´ll get a "virtual home button"
the app anime box will not save any pics to my photo library i tryed reinstalling the app but it did not work
there are many apps out for ios so asking for spc app issues here is like asking if anybody know a guy called mike
asking at the developer of the apps would be much adviced
I purchased my iPhone 5 in January 2013 in India. For past couple of months, my phone camera dies frequently. The first time it happenned, I update the phone with iOS 6.1.3 and it started working. Next time when Camera was not working then I reset the phone and it started working, Now, I have the same problem, when I open the camera, shutter does not open and I am not able to click any picture.
Does anyone has a similar problem with their iPhone 5? I never had this problem with my iPhone 3GS. Please reply.
Thanks,
-Upanshu

Did you try a reset? Press the home and lock/power buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
Iphone 5 / factory unlocked / USA purchase..
Whenever i compose a new message (SMS), i already have a text (one of the previous sms that i hv sent to someone) there in the message box. I have tried resending the same to myself and other numbers and it gets delivered aswell. But what is annoying is everytime i have to compose a new message and click on icon on top right corner in message app to create a new sms// i have the text alrdy in my typing box and have to select all and delete it.
And when i click on any previous conversations with my contacts and reply them this problem does not exist.
This is only when i click new message compose icon or have to start a new conversation with someone.
To me it seems as if some kinda signature is added in SMS but i couldnt find any option for the same.
Please advice !!
Did you find a solution for this? I am also having the exact same problem
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
Thanks

Pennsylvania based AppAnnex today announced the release of AmpliVision for all camera equipped iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. AmpliVision is a simple app created to help users light up and zoom in on anything they want to get a clearer look at. The app lets users turn their device's camera into a magnifying lens, allow them to pause their views and zoom inwards to read small text, and even utilize their flash into a bright LED light to brighten up whatever they're reading or looking at.
