This could be many things. Have you tried a different cable? Is it plugged in to a USB port on your computer (not your keyboard? If none of these work, then you should put your device into recovery mode by turning it off, then holding the home button down and plugging the phone in to the computer (hold down the home button untill you see the itunes icon on your phone).

Can anyone help? Want to use the map app for the iphone 5 if I purchase it, but not sure if the bugs have been fixed.

I don't know of any bugs in the Maps app. The geobase the Maps app uses is, admittetly, not as mature as Google's. However, you can still use the Google Maps app or any of the many other mapping apps available in the App Store if you don't like Apple's.

My iCloud says my backup is Incomplete and I can't figure out how to make it complete. Help?

This may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your phone that is preventing the backup from succeeding.  To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, swipe across your backup and tap Delete, then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.

If it still won't back up, you may have an app that is preventing the backup from succeeding.  To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again.  If it succeeds, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is preventing the backup and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again.  If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again.  If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails.  Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup.

Pennsylvania based AppAnnex today announced the release of AmpliVision for all camera equipped iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. AmpliVision is a simple app created to help users light up and zoom in on anything they want to get a clearer look at. The app lets users turn their device's camera into a magnifying lens, allow them to pause their views and zoom inwards to read small text, and even utilize their flash into a bright LED light to brighten up whatever they're reading or looking at.
