If you are referring to the AppleCare protection plan: If you have AppleCare plus, they will repair or replace your device for $49.00 USD. If you don't have AppleCare Plus, the accidental damage would not be covered by the limited hardware warranty.

If you are referring to your Cellular Carriers insurance, it depends on the plan, and you should contact the carrier or the insurance provider.

You do have the option of having Apple repair or replace the device as an out of warranty repair. The OOW Repair fee is $149.00 USD.

It's possible that the ringer/vibrator needs replacement. If you've tried all of Apple's suggestions with no success, take it to your Apple Store. If it's within your warranty period, you might be covered.

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:

Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

If you try all these steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...

All batteries and charge warm up while charging, but they should not feel hot. Make sure you are not using a case on the unit when it is charging, and if this persists take it to an Apple store genius bar to be tested. If it is defective they will replace it.

I have remoed the case as i felt if it was causing some problem. but the device gets heated still. not only while charging but also during texting, or using other applications

I have followed steps to enable my iphone which has been disabled after entering wrong passcode. It has restored device but device still disabled. What more can I iPhone 5

My iphone is disabled after enetering the screen passcode incorrectly. I followed the steps and the settings were restored. The phone, however still indicates "iphone is disabled, connect to itunes", and it now wants to follow the restore process again. Can I enable the phone without restoring the phone for a second time?
