importer contact froom S card iPhone

The iphone does not store contacts to the SIM card. So if you are trying to import contacts from one iphone to another iphone via the SIM card, you cannot.
If you are trying to import contacts from another brand of phone that does store to SIM then look at page 114 of the iphone users guide:
Import contacts from a SIM: Choose “Mail, Contacts, Calendars,” then tap Import SIM
Contacts.
The contact information on the SIM is imported to iPhone. If you have both MobileMe
and Microsoft Exchange contacts synced with iPhone, you are prompted to choose
which account you want to add the SIM contacts to.
