Keep getting this message:
"Could not sign in to iMessage, please check your network connection and try again" - called tech support and they pretty much said there is a virus going around ...when I asked about Push Notifications popping up every time I open any app (facebook, twitter, instagram) he said that was part of the virus as well...
said because my phone is out of warranty and tech support there is nothing he could do...WTH???
anyone having same problem??
Virus? never heard of one for any ios devices. Really ... never. Check your source on that. There are notification settings. Lock in settings for notifications, turn off or on. If really crazy stuff is happening restore it. Backup info first.
Turn off iPhone – Hold down the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the red slider.
Open iTunes on your computer.
Press and hold down the Home button First then connect the cable to the computer.
Release Home button when connect to itunes appears on device.
iTunes will prompt a message that says, iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. Click OK.
You will be taken to the iPhone pane. Then, click on Restore.
Wait for the full restoration process to complete, Set up device “as new”.
