Need help with IMessage to HTC using AT&T service. My daughter has Iphone 4 and it will not allow to text my new HTC. I switched

from Iphone to HTC because my Iphone was junk. Can anyone tell me what they did to return to normal texting from her Iphone to my HTC?

has she tried deleting your contact and re adding it.

 

also have you turn off imessage on your old iphone?

@razmee209 She has deleted me several times. This is what I was going to try next.  I traded in my Iphone and I have the old SIM card. I was going to put the old SIM card into her Iphone and try turning off Imessage that way. I saw this advise on another website for Droid users. Does this make sense to you?

Yes, it does.  Once you turn off imessage, your texting should go back to normal text SMS.
