I'm having problems with my iphone 4s camera. It was working well with close ups, and focusing but all of a sudden is very blurry and cannot focus on close objects. I've tried restarting the phone and turning it off and then back on. Nothing is working

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).  Try ALL the basic troubleshooting steps.

 

Also, make sure the camera lense is clean and unobstructed.
