I currently own an iphone 4, still on ios4. Whenever ive tried downloading ios5 on itunes, it always times out. Ive tried downloading at off peak times and always have the same problem. What can i do to resolve this issue as I'd really like ios5 as some apps require it now?

If you are running Kaspersky antivirus, you may need to remove it entirely. It is notoriously bad about interfering with updates.
