i have an Att iphone 4s that i want to unlock. can it be used on verizons network or any other ones?

No, it cannot be used on VZW or Sprint's network. Both Verzion and Sprint are CDMA carriers, only devices that those carriers sell can be used on their network.

It can be used on any other GSM network.

I was thinking that the 4s was a duel band that would work on any network!

The CDMA side is NOT unlocked.
