I would like to restore my Iphone from itunes will I lose my app data for example I have Itimesheet and lockpro with all data and passwords and work hours saved if I restore does all that come back as well, emails text messages contacts songs videos etc.
The question is what does restore actually restore????? from back up????

No you will not, i have had to restore mine twice since 3.0

what about all email settings? So I will get all my info back as it was before i restored it.
So I will get everything back?

your apps will defo be there. email settings im not too sure because i dont use it sorry but it should back it all up

e-mail settings will not be altered by a restore so dont worry.
