I recently got new iphone 4 and since turning it on and going through setup it seems to restart every 4-5 minutes. It also restarts when I tap through apps quickly ie work processor hard and when i turn it off it goes off on off on off.

Have you tried basics from the manual?

Restart, reset, restore.

No i was trying to work around this as other fourum conversations all said this wasnt useful. Also ig the phones brand new and has nothing on what can restoring do :/ ill try it though any other suggestions?
