My phone can do everything except get on the Internet, if I try to get on the Internet it takes me to this bogus site that is clearly trying to get my information. It fronted as an email from my college and the government Fafsa...grrrr! Why are people so evil???? Anyway, I am out of state and don't have my Mac, so other than a clean wipe and set back to factory setting (since I haven't backed it up in weeks), does anyone know how I can fix this? Please help!

Go to your settings, tap General, then Reset, then Erase all content and settings. That should get your a clean start. It will erase everything, though.

You could try resetting your network settings first.
