1.Log into iTunes account

2.Once inside, click on your account name (top right corner) again to view the account

3.Once you are in the Apple Account Information screen

4.Click on Edit Payment Information tab

5.On the next screen simply press "Cancel". Please follow this step carefully.

6.Now go and click on "Change Country"

Change the payment options afterward.

** You must have a verified U.S. billing address and a U.S. bank issued credit/debit card.
