Yes.

The iPhone is designed to Sync with only One iTunes at a time...

The implication here is that the other computer belongs to someone else, along with the content on it.

Since you do not own this media, you have no legal right to it.

If you want the media, purchase your own copy.

Your best bet is to get that music on a hard drive/CD and import it to your PC. The legality of this is another topic.
