i have restarted my iphone 4. It is stuck on the Apple logo with black screen. I have "reset" twice now and the same occurs. Any ideas?

If you decide to Restore. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer. Hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone Firmware.
