hi, i have iphone 4 locked to vodafone spain, i tried contact the, but the operator answer in spanish, i emailed them, they didnt reply, can apple connect me with vodafone spain to discuss unlock my iphone 4?

notice i live in cyprus and i dont speak spanish, also i contacted vodafone uk and they told me no relation with uk vodafone spain and uk. pls apple help me connect with vodafone spain, or any suggestions?
