Hi how do i back up and restore because the middle button of my iphone is not working

Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB Cable. Sync your computer with iTunes, this will back it up. Restore your iPhone with iTunes, it will want to back it up, so let it do it, then it will Restore your iPhone. Hopefully when done your Home Button will be working. In any regard, you can then continue your interaction with Orange.
