I dont no what to do I got the phone unlocked from apple and a message pops up insert sim with no pin to activate and it will still say that even if there is no sim i cant get passed the set up menu so can some one help?

Remove the PIN from your SIM card. If you don't know how, ask your carrier.

my sim isnt locked and i did call the carrier and the told me to call apple and apple told me to get a new sim but that dont seem to work

Are you certain the device is unlocked?

Has a different SIM been tried?

iphone 4/4s iPod/iPod2 unlock and jailbreak
