i dropped my iphone 4 and cracked the screen at the top. now, the screen is black and whenever i press the sleep button, all i see is gray. what is wrong with it, and how do i fix it ? please help ):

Take it, along with your credit card to the Apple Store. You can get a replacement for US$149.
