When I try to check the 'sync apps' on the itunes tab, it doesn't allow me to.

I don't have this problem when syncing music, photos etc.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's been like this for over 6months now.

Maybe the app need a higher IOS?

 

For iPhone 3G, IOS 4.2.1 is the highest. Check what IOS version is needed to run the app.
