i can't use my iphone 4s

hi,

i buy my iphone 4s in Apple Store, Century City ,January 30, 2012,and my IMEI Number: 013045007518574

now, i'll looking for your help , i can't boot my iphone 4s, even if i press home key +power key

and i used it in Taiwan, and store in Taiwan unwilling receive and repair it.

so how can i repair it or have any solution for my.and plz mail to me

ps,. my cell phone is in Taiwan now, so i can't send it to LA

iPhones have never had an International warranty.

Warranty and support are only valid in the country where the device was originally sold by Apple or an authorized reseller.
