I'm not familiar with C Spire, and it's contracts with T-Mobile or other over the sees cariers, but the iPhone 4s has both a CDMA antenna and a GSM antenna; so it should work. Before leaving you may want to contact your service provider and set up a data/talk/text plan in order to avoid overages.
