I am trying to sync tones from my iTunes to Iphone 4, if I check the tones box a warning comes up telling me if I check the box all my music will be deleted. I made some tones with my iTunes music and now can't get it to Sync, too scared to do too much as might lose all my data. Please help? Thanks

The iPhone can only sync / manually manage media (music, tones, etc.) with one iTunes library at a time. You are apparently trying to do this using a computer other than the one you normally sync with.

You can't do that without erasing the media and re-syncing from the iTunes library you're trying to use.
