my iphone was completely diabled and has a passcode on it. i need to enable it but ive never synched it to itunes before. i dont not want to lose all my contacts/pictures ect.

You will indeed lose everything.

The iphone is designed to be synced to your computer regularly. if you fail to do this, then you run the risk of losing everything.

It's already gone. There's no way around it now.

UNLESS... you had iCloud backups turned on, which means you can restore it from there.

okay, so am i still atleast able to restore the iphone even if i have the passcode on it?

If you had iCloud backups on, you will need to (probably) use a computer and restore iOS in dfu mode, then you can activate it and restore from iCloud.
