how i reconect my wirless carrier with my iphone 4

I've never had a problem with my phone or my carrier before and out of the blue my iphone 4 disconnected me from the service, I spoke with verizon and all my payments and stuff are up to date with them. I've also tried clearing the phone multiple times, but when it's on it will try to clear itself, and the phone has NEVER gotten wet before. also it shows a message that I need to connect to itunes and do a restore, but all of my apple devices are linked on icloud and have never been plugged into a computer. please help me

Connect to a computer and restore as new, then restore it via iCloud using the most recent backup. Would be a good idea to use it for a period of time between restoring as "new" and restoring from the backup. If it works while restored as new but the problem returns when restoring from backup then the issue is with the backup.

If it does not work when restored as new, take it to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.
