Thanks ED3K, but....still not quite sure how, have been trying to do it manually but not managing it :-

You tap and hold any icon on your screen.. they will begin to wiggle. you can tap and drag them anywhere.

If you want to create them into a "Folder" or group just drag one icon (app) on top of another one that you want in a same group. http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-organize-your-iphone-4s-icons-into- folders.html
