Hello i have an issue here,

My iphone 4 takes my old Apple ID but i can't login to that account because i don't remember the password.

Unfortunately i have no access to my old email that i used for my old apple ID because the email is permanently hacked.

I have no idea what to do i already have the new apple ID and all i know is how to remove the old apple ID but keep the new apple ID. It would help me a lot if you give me a simple solution not complexed because i'm not a computer professional, please and thank you.

Not sure at all what you are asking.

 

You change the account that you are logged into in settings.  You can read about it in the manual.

 

iPhone User Guide (For iOS 5.1 Software)

 

 

 

All Purchases made with the old account will always be tied to that account.  Any apps purchased with that account will always have to be updated using that account.
