how can remove an APP from my ipod and my pc iPhone 3G

Tap and Hold that app until it gets into jiggle mode.

Tap the X and press ok.

Press the home button (square button).

Ta-Da!

For computer I dont know. Sorry!

With iPod touch, press and hold icon till it wiggles and tap the X button to delete. Tap the Home button when finished. (Note: Stock items that came with the iPhone cannot be deleted)

On computer iTunes, drag it to the trash and confirm the deletion.

DELETING APPS

Touch the app and hold your finger down until all the apps start to jiggle. You will see a circled "x" in the upper left corner. Tap it to delete an app. When done press the Home button.

You cannot delete any pre-installed iOS app.

If the app is in iTunes, then you delete the app in iTunes (Select the App and Press Delete on your Keyboard). If you then sync with your iDevice, the app will also be deleted from your iDevice.
