Hello,

 

I recieved my Iphone 4 as a gift in 2010 from my father who bought it in Dubai, we live in South Africa. It worked fine in the beginning but has become nothing more than an expensive iPod. I know everyone asks but seeing as i see no way to contact apple support i figured why not.

 

What can i do to unlock my iPhone? I have no idea to which network its locked to.

ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it.

 

No one else at all. 

 

You would have to find out who the original carreir is and then ask them if they offer this service.

 

Apple cannot do this.  ONLY the carrier to which it is locked.
