How can I make VPN configure file XML for Cisco Client iPhone 3G

Hi,
I want to create a configure file for the VPN client. But how?
please look here:

it sounds like apple built an iPhone Configuration Utility in the SDK for xml files. but where is this, and how can i get my .pcf file (the cisco configure file) in it?
Please let me know if you have an idea
