Hi there,

 

Need urgent help. Lost my iPhone 4 and need to know how I can block it from people seeing its content. Have called my service provider and they have blocked the line but I need to stop people from accessing my phone. Telco suggested for me to call Apple for help. Have read that I can block it using my iMEI and reporting it to my telco but that can't really work in Malaysia. Was told that they don't have a system in place to do so. Turning to apple community for help now. Please help me, I have important information in my phone.

You cannot.

 

Apple can do nothing.

 

If you set up find my iphone in the iphone before it was stolen and it has not been restored, then you can wipe it remotely.

 

Otherwise, there is nothing you can do, but to change your passwords.
