Help Needed-Safari Text Fields Not Working iPhone 3G

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help, today I downloaded the Sky TV app, got the code etc and put in all my card/address details (via the address search). There was an error saying the site was unavailable at the moment and to try again later.
Anyway, now I try and re-submit the form, it automatically remembers my card details and these are shown locked in at the top of the registration page, however there is now the address fields that need to be filled in (no option to do post code search as before). The fields are not responding at all so I can neither type (keyboard is not appearing) nor paste into them.
Does anyone have any idea on how to get them to respond as its drving me mad.
