HELP iPhone 4

My iPhone 4 just randomly shut off, it had a black screen with lines running through it then the screen turned white and my phone won't stop vibrating.

What do I do? My computer is broken so I cant restore my iPhone.

I've tried holding the home button and the on/off button nothing works

Okay well its working now but around towards the outer edges of the screen it won't stop blinking... Do I need to call apple or anything tomorrow? Will they fix it if it doesn't go away?

Sound like a serious hardware issue, although it could just be a software glitch.

Only way to determine definitively is to restore it.

 

Either way, if your computer is not working and you've not backed up the device, you are risking losing data.
