My friend call me but didn't hear her voice except i activate speaker.

I play my voice record n there is no voice, i can only hear the voice when i activate speaker.

I done factory setting & restore my data from imac. But it didn't work. Help me!!!!

The bottom speaker is ok , but not for the upper.

 

Is it my hardware or bec. Of the ios 5.1.1???
