forgot my mobile me password. How I retrieve it iPhone

I have a mobile me account on my main computer. Works fine. My iPhone won't let me access my e-mail anymore. I can't remember my password. Is it the same for both? I'm forced to use so many different passwords on so many things. This is seriously annoying.

So.. is there any way to change my password on my iPhone to be the same as on my home G5???? I don't see them asking me to retrieve it after I try several times...

My iphone says that my MobileMe password is incorrect. I can't get past that...
