Find my iPhone doesn t find itself.

Hello,

first of all I want to excuse for my English skills and any mistakes in this text - I'm from Germany and still learning Find my iPhone doesn t find itself.

But let's get to my problem:

As the headline says, the "Find my iPhone"-App. doesn't find my devices. It doesn't even find itself:

Find my iPhone doesn t find itself.

As you can see in the top bar I'm connected to my Wi-Fi network and of course to the internet.

As an additional information I want to say that it worked in the past - but I cannot tell you when or why it stopped.

I hope you got some ideas how to fix it for me.

Sincerely,

Jörg

Did you enable the feature in Settings > Location Services?

Yes, I've signed out and back in again and also turned the Phone off an on again.

And yes, the Location Services are turned on in general and for that special app., too.

Please notice that my folliwing replays will take about 14 hours due to time-shift.

Greetings

Jörg
