Where do I start the Replacement program for 150$. Ive seen it before but dont know how about getting it rollin. And no phone means no contact to apple......so I want to be able to do this online. HELP Please!!

So i can just go to my AT&T store? Cool, becasue i thought it was only the apple store that could do it and there like 60 miles away. Thanks!

Sorry but no, AT&T is not an authorized service provider for the iPhone (strange, I know, but they're not). If you don't have an Apple Store near you, you can arrange for ship-in service. Start here:

or call Apple Support at 1-800-694-7466. I'm sure you can find a phone you can use to call somewhere, can't you?
