HELLO ALL I HAVE JUST TRIED TO USE FACETIME, IT SEAMS TO WORK BUT ALL I SEE IS ME HEAD AND NOTHING COMING FROM THE OTHER PHONE. I ASKED THE OTHER PERSON WHAT THEY WERE SEEING AND THEY SAID THE SAME. WHAT IS THE TRICK TO SEEING THE OTHER PERSON? AND WHAT HAVENT I DONE CORRECTLY??????

STOP SCREAMING and turn off the darn CAPS lock.

Typing in all CAPS is considered screaming and is extremely rude.  Many simply will not respond.

 

Sounds like you're not actually connecting the facetime call.
