Hello everyone in Apple's discussion board.

 

I NEED HELP Emoji bug iOS5.1 iPhone 4

 

I'm having a problem regarding my emoji keyboard.

I'm on iPod Touch Gen 3 64GB Currently iOS 5.1.1

Since updated iOS5.0.1 to iOS5.1 in March, I've been experiencing this issue.

It's quite annoying and i'm looking forward to any solutions from you guys..

 

"This also happens to my friends who are on iPhone4/4S several times"

 

It happens according to the photo below.

*NOTE* It happens not all the time but quite often. When I switch to emoji keyboard

from my language keyboard, this will happen. Sometimes it doesn't. BUT if I switch between

emoji tabs, those emoticons will appear again.

I really have no ideas whether it's because of my device itself or the operating system.

I have updated iOS5.1.1 which is the recent one but it doesn't get rid of this bug.

PLEASE HELP

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

 

If you've gone through ALL the troubleshooting steps and you're still having the problem, then you most likely have a hardware issue and will need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation.

Is it possible that the operating system causes the problem? because after updated to iOS5.1, this happened. Including my friends as well when they updated to iOS5.1...

Anyway, I have resetted, restarted the devices so many times but doesn't solve my problems. I just restored from backup but the problem resists. I gave up anyway. Thanks so much.
