I would like too know if actually is aproblem at all, there is a spec of dust inside the camera, someboy toldme just open the backglass and remove it, but is that necesary? is it possible to clean it by myself? or apple guarranty cover it? the camera works just fine

The Apple 1 year warranty should cover it.  FYI, you'll void the warranty if you remove the back glass.

As paul said, you should be covered under warranty. At the absolute worst, it's $29 to get a new back cover, but maybe Apple will clean it for free.
