Reply TopicHi, I have disabled my iphone from inputting the incorrect password, now it is asking to connect to itunes. When I connect to itunes, I am using a new computer and my phone is not recognised to restore. itunes is saying to unlock ph before connecting?? I am unsure what to do next, any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

You might need to put the phone into recovery mode before your computer's iTunes will recognise it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the phone and restore/resync your content to it.
