Disable SMS POPup iPhone

Since this is a user to user help forum only, doubtful any fellow user can answer this question. If Apple plans on implementing this with a future firmware update and someone here is privileged to this information, they arent allowed to say until Apple makes an announcement or until the firmware version is released that includes the option.

if you have a jailbroken Iphone then you can download iBlaclist from cydia and it will disable the sms popup.
