Despite restore phone not working iPhone 4

Restore as new.

Thanks Diesel. Restoring the phone as new worked well but again after a week the phone is in same state.

I restored it many times and it works well for few days.

Sometimes suddenly it stops working when i am using any app. Today when i tried to restore the phone, the screen went completely white and the phone is badly vibrating from last half an hour.

While restoring it shows problem, 9 and14.

PLs. help in this regard.

Errors 9 and 14 are connectivity issues... meaning iTunes is having issues communicating with the device during the restore.

Try a different USB port or sync cable.

Honestly, if the issue is constantly recurring... that sounds like a hardware failure.
