Deleting app on iPhone 4S shaking app won t stop

when I try to delete my app on my phone normally I would just click the home bottom and the
Apps shaking will stop but however, on the iPhone 4S
I have to press the lock bottom or start Siri then it will
Stop? Does any one has a same problem as me!

#2yes, that happens to me... I can't delete any of my apps! When I try to click the X button on the top right corner of the app it will freeze and I have to press the lock on top or bottom to get back to the lock screen. I don't know what to do though!
