So i have an iPhone 4 and i deleted a mesage earlier today in my SMS (text) as it just was blank and said "Unknown" as the contact. I delete this message and get out of the messaging app and then when i open it back up the same message is still there. So i try to delete it again and the same thing happens. I tried closing the app completely and it still is there after i open it up. I deleted it and rebooted my iPhone and once again it is still there. What should i do to get rid of this "Unknown" message or conversation that keeps apearing????

This will only apply If you installed iBlacklist app from cydia. You will need to launch the app, press "enable", and turn off "enable sms blocking."

or

reset network settings (Settings > General > Reset > Network settings)

or if that doesn't work

restore your device and sync your stuff again.
