How can I get this fixed?  Will the apple store help me repair my out of warranty phone?  When I am on a call (answered by me or originated by me) the callers can't hear me.  I have the same problem when using the wired headset and my bluetooth headset.  However, in face time and audio notes it works.  I restored my Iphone and reset everything.   I also upgraded to 5.1.1 but I still have this issue.  I also tried hearing aid mode. See below thread that shows a lot of other people are having this issue.

Defective audio IC Callers can't hear me iPhone 4 I don't what to try the other temporary fixes like  sticking a stable into the top microphone or opening it up and putting pressure on the chip.

Apple is great!  Took it into the store and got a new phone.  I will definately be purchasing more apple products in the future.
