I have a iPhone 4 with the latest iOS. When I add a contact to my phone, I choose a contact picture from the photo library. I make a test call to the number, and the photo appears full size.
The moment I leave the contact screen and try to make a test call again (for example, adding the contact to my favorites and using a favorite link to make a test call) the picture appears as a thumbnail. This happens immediately and to every contact I have.
I sync the contact list with Google contacts. Could this be causing my issue? I don't have a Mac, so I am not running into that contact issue. Is there any way I can solve this issue?
Photo assigned to contacts using the Photo Library or Camera Roll in iPhone will filled up the screen when that person calls. Photo assign through other ways, the results are unpredictable.
Thank you for your answer.
I didn't clarify myself. I added the photos in my iPhone 4 using photos stored on the Camera Roll.
I think that google contacts is the issue... is there a way to sync the contacts TO google, but not FROM google?
Sorry then, somebody else might be able to help with Google contacts.
Just a question, why not just use iCloud contacts instead?
