connection issues around quebec city with Bell mobility am i alone iPhone

My iPhone 4G as been replaced for a new one 3 times in 10 days, SIM card as well!

Still have tons of problem to connect to the Bell mobility network.

Area of misconnection it's around Quebec City, in a very large zone (over 20 kms from east to west) and about 5 kms north of down town Quebec

They had tried every single way to fix my problem, everything as been restored and/or reinitailized

Anyone know my options?

Anybody else has issued with Bell and their Iphone 4G around Quebec City?

dude...it's Bell.. they suck. get Fido or another one out there. forget who you have in Quebec.
