okay when i update my iphone the softwares i downloaded i cant used it help me

Im still not sure what the problem is. The apps dont open? It helps to give as much information as you can.
Try the following steps until its fixed:
1. Reset the phone: press both the home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears.
2. Download a new app to your phone from the App Store - this has fixed this problem after updating.
3. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
4. Restore in iTunes using a backup, then sync your apps back to the phone
5. Restore in iTunes as a new iPhone and sync your apps.
